Right of Withdrawal & Returns

At Real Skin Art we want you to be fully satisfied with every order. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. This page contains the full statutory withdrawal information under the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Real Skin Art Cosmetics e.U., Schloßpark 50, 2325 Velm, Austria, email: <email/>) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Send returns to:

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (in particular opened cosmetic and skincare products).
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Note: For our products the right of withdrawal applies in full as long as the seal of the packaging is intact. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Statutory Warranty for Defects
Independently of the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty rights under §§ 922 ff. ABGB apply. In the event of a defect you are entitled, for a period of two years, to repair, replacement, price reduction or rescission of the contract.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping in both directions.

8. Online Dispute Resolution
